A clear starting point

Help for the leak you have.
Preparation for the rain ahead.

A stain that returns with rain

Tell us which room is affected, when water appears and whether previous repairs helped. The visible stain is a starting point for the investigation.

Flashing, vents & skylights

Request a review of roof transitions and penetrations, with findings and a proposed repair scope before work begins.

Commercial roof leaks

Share the roof type, access requirements and affected tenant or work area. We discuss membrane, metal, flashing and drainage concerns.

Pre-rain roof maintenance

Make a repair plan while the weather is dry.

Ask us to assess visible roof concerns, flashing and penetrations, previous repair areas and drainage. Your proposed scope can include targeted repairs and gutter or drain clearing where needed.

You receive the findings and proposed work before deciding how to proceed. Coatings and restoration are considered only after the roof is assessed for suitability.

Request a maintenance visit

From the first call to the repair

Know the next step before work begins.

01 · Share the concern

Send the address, symptoms and preferred contact method. We confirm availability, access and any diagnostic fee before the visit.

02 · Review the findings

Discuss the likely source, photographs where accessible, and repair options. Any temporary work is identified separately from permanent repair.

03 · Approve a clear scope

Review the work, price, payment terms and any written repair warranty before authorizing repairs. Arrange the follow-up appropriate to the work.

Leak repair questions

Do I need storm damage to request a visit?

No. You can request a visit for a recurring leak, ceiling stain, drainage concern or maintenance before the next rain.

Is the inspection or service call free?

Any inspection or diagnostic charge, what it includes and whether it can be credited toward repairs will be explained before you authorize a visit. Sending this form does not authorize a charge.

Can you repair a roof while it is raining?

We will discuss current conditions and safe access before confirming work. Temporary leak control and permanent repairs may require separate visits; weather and the repair system affect scheduling.

Will I need a full replacement?

A leak request starts with an assessment. We explain targeted repair options where appropriate and discuss replacement only when the findings support it.

Can you coat my roof before winter?

Coatings are considered after reviewing the existing roof, moisture condition, compatibility and drainage. The proposed system must be suitable for the roof and installation conditions.
