Carrier registration
Our business identity, messaging campaign and calling number have completed the applicable U.S. carrier registration process. Registration supports trusted message delivery but does not replace customer consent, sending-hour limits or opt-out requirements.
How you enroll
You enroll by entering your information on our Storm Center or another 111 Roofing form and affirmatively checking the text-message consent box. The box is not preselected. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Messages you may receive
Messages may include requested storm alerts based on reports near a registered address, inspection or appointment reminders, customer-support replies and service updates. A weather report near an address does not confirm damage to a specific property.
Frequency and delivery window
Storm alerts are limited to no more than one message per 18 hours and are sent only between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central Time. A qualifying weather event reported after hours is held for the next daily sending period. Other conversational or appointment messages vary according to your interaction with us.
Charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and filtering.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel text messages. After confirmation, no further automated messages will be sent unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for assistance, call (469) 390-0111, or email alwaysservicellc@gmail.com.
